Mild Ride- 60 minute easy Ride Cycling workout
Hybrid- 30 minutes spin/30 minutes weight training
Xpress Cycle- 45 minutes cardiovascular cycling workout
Press & Pedal- 15 minutes spin/15 minutes resistance bands/15 minutes spin/15 minutes stretching
Iron- 60 minutes weight training/abs
P90X- Combination of cardio, resistance training and core.
